The Police Department is currently investigating the threat and working diligently to find the source and will have a stronger presence at the High School.

(Seymour, Ind.) - On Saturday, May 1 at approximately 10:53 p.m., the Seymour Police Department was made aware of a threat made towards Seymour High School was posted on the social media platform Instagram.
The post was then quickly taken down or deleted.
Currently, the Seymour Police Department is currently investigating the threat and working diligently to find the source and will have a stronger presence at the High School.
At this time, the police department has not found any credible information in relation to the aforementioned threat. The police department has been in constant contact with the Seymour Community School Officials. Extra security measures are in place.
