Vivian Moore was sentenced today in the Switzerland County Circuit Court, receiving a 30-year sentence with 2 years suspended. After a lengthy investigation by the Indiana State Police and the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office, an arrest warrant for Vivian Moore was issued on July 18th 2018 for the murder of Dennis Dziwulski, age 48, of Beatty Ridge. Moore was taken into custody in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on July 19th 2018. Moore accepted a plea, downgrading her charge from Murder to Conspiracy to Commit Murder, a Level 1 Felony in the State of Indiana. Moore’s co-defendants in this case have also been charged with Murder and are still awaiting trial.
