On November 22nd, Lieutenant John Hartman and Deputy Josh Hammond went to an address on State Road #362 in Nabb looking for Bradley Clegg. Bradley Clegg had an arrest warrant out of Scott County for Dealing in Methamphetamine. When Deputy Hartman knocked on the door Bradley Clegg answered. While taking Clegg into custody there were Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia in plain sight. A search of the residence yielded more Methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Also located in the home was Keri Fortney, 30 of Lexington, IN, (Clegg’s alleged girlfriend), she was also taken into custody, she was charged with, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. Bradley Clegg, 40 of Lexington, IN was arrested on a Warrant for Dealing in Methamphetamine at least Two Grams, (Two Counts), Possession of Methamphetamine at Least 10 Grams but less than 28 Grams and Possession of Paraphernalia. Clegg was also charged with additional charges including Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Later that same evening Lieutenant John Hartman and Deputies Eric Balingit and Josh Hammond went to a residence on Concord Road in Lexington looking for Robert Siewert, 55 of Nabb, IN. He was wanted on an Arrest Warrant for Dealing in Methamphetamine, (Three Counts), Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia.
While at the residence Robert Siewert pulled up in a vehicle. As officers took him into custody, they noticed a female attempting to hide in the floorboard of the vehicle. She was identified as Jennifer Clark, 38 of Nabb, IN, she was wanted on an Out of County Warrant. After deputies removed her from the vehicle, they discovered drugs and drug related items. Jennifer Clark was arrested on the charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, False Informing, Possession or Use of a Legend Drug, Possession of Scheduled or Controlled Substances and an Out of County Warrant. Robert Siewert was also Charged with an Additional Charge of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, this in addition to the prior charges mentioned.
On November 22nd, Jail Officer Tim Cooney Arrested Danny Setters, 44 of Crestwood, KY on a Warrant for Resisting Law Enforcement – Uses Vehicle or Uses or Draws Deadly Weapon.
On November 23rd, Deputy Todd Hooker Arrested William Gunter, 31 of Scottsburg, IN for Operating While Intoxicated with Refusal.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
