Versailles Fire Rescue Sets Record In 2020; Firefighter Of The Year Announced

The department announced that in 2020 they responded to 613 incidents.

(Versailles, Ind.) – The Versailles Fire Rescue held their annual awards banquet on Saturday after experiencing a record-breaking year.  

The department announced that in 2020 they responded to 613 incidents.

Two of the firefighters were also awarded, the first was Cassi Hornsby she was named the 2020 Firefighter of the Year. The second was Rick Dillon, who was awarded the 2020 Chief’s Award.
