(Southeast Indiana) – Which small town do you think is the best in the Midwest?
USA Today has compiled a list of 20 towns vying for the top spot. Currently, Madison and Vevay rank third and fourth, respectively in the online contest.
Each of the towns nominated for Best in the Midwest has a population of fewer than 25,000 and were nominated by an expert panel.
