Watch For Slow Traffic Through Scottsburg On SR 56

Through mid-May

Excpect slow traffic trough Scottsburg as Indiana Department of Transportation repair and resurface State Road 56 between U.S. 31 and 4th Street.

INDOT began removing sidewalk sections yesterday in advance of constructing ADA-compliant curb ramps at 31 locations in Scottsburg.

INDOT officials anticipate pavement repairs and milling/paving operations will start in mid-May.
