Winds will shift to the west and increase to 20 to 30 mph by midday, with gusts around 40 mph through the afternoon. The National Weather Service in Louisville has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from noon EST /11 AM CST/ today to 8 PM EST /7 PM CST/ this evening.
