Southwestern defeated Greensburg 2-1: 25-20, 22-25, 18-16.

Southwestern defeated Milan 2-0: 25-9, 25-17.

Runner-Up = Greensburg 2-1 (defeated New Washington and Milan)

3rd place = New Washington 1-2 (defeated Milan)

Carroll Co. falls to Ludlow 2-0: 24-14, 26-24
