Trimble County Head Football Coach Mike Isley has been named the new Athletic Director for Trimble County High School. Isley take over for Frank Ragland who retired this year.

Southwestern's Taylor Cole finishes a great high school track and field career with a 24th place finish in the 400 with a time of 1:00.02 in the girl’s state finals. Southwestern’s Mitchell Cline runs 20th at IHSAA boys track state finals in 400 dash with time of 50.38.

Switzerland Co. baseball fell to Southridge in the Austin Regional 12-1. Southridge won the tournament over North Posey.

Madison, Southwestern, Shawe, Switzerland Co. and South Ripley tee off with seven other teams at 11 this morning at the Sunrise Golf Course in the IHSAA Boys Golf Sectional.
