Carroll Co. Announces Return To Play Guidance For Athletes, Parents, and Coaches

This plan will be strictly enforced by all coaches, the athletic director, and the school administration.

(Carroll County, Ky.) – Carroll County Schools, in consultation with Three Rivers Health Department, has announced that they have developed a plan for return to competition play protocols for coaches and athletes.

This plan is subject to change at any moment due to school board policy, Governor’s orders, KHSAA regulations, or health department guidance.

While KHSAA is the governing body for high school athletics, all decisions are the responsibility of the local school district.

All athletes, coaches, parents, and guardians must follow all guidelines in order to participate in the return-to-competition plan.
This plan will be strictly enforced by all coaches, the athletic director, and the school administration.
