Shawe made the trip north to play ORVC foe Jac Cen Del Wednesday night.  Unfortunately, they were on the wrong side of a 12-2 decision.  Tyler started on the mound and was tagged with the loss going 1 and 2/3 innings allowing 11 runs 9 earned.   He struck out 3.  Ryker Brooks pitched 2 and 1/3 innings in relief allowing 1 earned run and 2 hits. At the plate Philip Kahn had 2 singles. THURSDAY 

BASEBALL

Trinity Lutheran 13, Shawe 3

Shawe Memorial went out of conference when they hosted Trinity Lutheran Thursday night. The Hilltoppers were unable to keep up with the visitors as they lost 13-3.  Philip Kahn did not pitch badly in the loss as he only gave up 2 earned runs while striking out 6 in 5 innings.  Trae Liston pitched an inning in relief giving up 3 runs, none earned.  Kahn and Jacob Hertz each had RBI doubles. Tyler Hill Zach Gish and Jonathan Lopez each added a single.

Trimble County 8, Eminence 7

Henry County 10, Carroll County 8

GOLF 

Southwestern Boys Golf placed 2nd tonight at Belterra with a 177. Milan was first with a 165 and Switzerland County was 3rd place with a 180. Jackson Taylor (Southwestern) was the medalist with a score of 38. We played well overall tonight. We will look to clean up a few simple things and be ready for our upcoming matches at home.
