Hanover Student-Athletes Receive HCAC Honors

Hanover saw eight spring sports student-athletes garner Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Christopher M. Ragsdale Sportsmanship Team honors, released yesterday afternoon by the league office. This award is named in honor of former HCAC Commissioner, Christopher M. Ragsdale who served in that role from 2009 to 2018. These student-athletes are selected by the coaches and their teammates as individuals who demonstrate the ideals of positive sportsmanship both on and off the field/court of competition. Nominees must have demonstrated consistently the values of respect, and integrity in their daily participation in intercollegiate athletics.

Hanover’s Representatives from the Christopher M. Ragsdale Sportsmanship Team are:

Brayden Imel, Sr. (Baseball)

Bradley Murray, Sr. (Men’s Golf)

Patrick Boylston, Sr. (Men’s Lacrosse)

Laurel Atchinson, Sr. (Women’s Lacrosse)

Nettie Eigel, Jr. (Softball)

Landon Carrico (Men’s Tennis)

Paxton Caldwell (Men’s Outdoor Track & Field)

Michelle Witt, Sr. (Women’s Outdoor Track & Field)
