Shawe’s girl's tennis team suffered a 4 to 1 loss at Lawrenceburg.

 Madison’s girl's tennis team dropped a 5 to 0 match at Greensburg.

Track & Field:

Southwestern's boy's track and field team claimed 10 individual wins to finish first against Jac-Cen-Del.

Friday, April 16:

Softball:

Trimble County defeated Walton-Verona 12 to 2 to win the All “A” Classic 8th Region Championship.

Shelby County 18, Carroll County 5.

Southwestern 16, Clarksville 15.

Switzerland County 24, Shawe 0.

Baseball:

Switzerland County 10, Shawe 9.

Saturday, April 17:

Softball:

Batesville 12, Madison 9.

Jac-Cen-Del 30, Shawe 15.

Trimble County 10, Fern Creek 2.

Baseball:

Madison defeated Lanesville in a doubleheader on Saturday the first game Madison won 14 to 5 and in the second game, Madison won 17 to 0.

Carroll County 8, Shelby County 2.         

Track & Field:

7 athletes from Shawe Track and Field participated in Bordens Invitational. The boys placed 5th out of 10 with Noah Guetig placing 5th overall for the boys. On the girls side, they placed 8th out of 11 teams with Eliza Weston placing 11th overall for the girls.

Monday, April 19:

Baseball:

Madison 15, Switzerland County 3. This is Madison Coach Tim Armstrong’s 350th career win.

Portland Christian 13, Trimble County 8.

Carroll County 10, Franklin County 6.
