Monday, March 29:

Boys Baseball:

Trimble County kicked off their season with an 8 to 2 win over Ludlow.

After a two-year break, Southwestern’s boy's baseball returned. The boys defeated Henryville with a final score of 4 to 3. Zach Cole drew a 1 out walk, stole 2nd and 3rd, and scored the winning point.

Tuesday, March 30:

Boys Baseball:

The Madison Cubs opened their season with a big win over North Harrison with a final score of 19 to 2. Ben Orrill led the Cubs with 4 RBIs.

Southwestern beat South Central 7 to 2.

Gallatin County defeated Carroll County with the final score of 11 to 8. 

Girls Softball:

The Trimble County Lady Raiders defeated Walton Verona with the final score of 6 to 4. Addison Edmondson had a 3-run double, and Maddie Nixon was 2 for 3 with RBIs.  McKenna Ritchie had 11 strikeouts in 7 innings to bring home the win.

Carroll County opened their season with a 7 to 5 win over Williamstown.

Austin defeated Southwestern with the final score of 10 to 7.
