Nominations for MCHS Alumni Hall of Fame

The Madison Consolidated High School Alumni Hall of Fame Selection Committee invites nominations for candidates for the Madison Consolidated High School Alumni Hall of Fame. This distinguished award honors individuals whose deeds and character exemplify outstanding achievement in their life’s work and service to their communities. The honoree’s spirit and leadership are worthy of recognition and have inspired praise and gratitude among their peers. Established in 2019, the MCHS Alumni Hall of Fame has selected two to three individuals per year for induction. Eligibility requirements:

● The recipient must have graduated from MCHS at least 10 years ago.

● The recipient has been recognized for a high level of achievement in their field and made significant contributions to that field at the state or national level.

● The recipient has demonstrated leadership, character, and service in a variety of venues from their field of expertise to community, state, and national initiatives.
