(Jefferson County, Ind.) - Early this morning an accident was reported on 256 near S. Grange Hall Rd.
According to a Duke Energy report, a vehicle had collided with an electric pole around 2:05 a.m. leaving about 219 residents in the area without power.
Duke Energy reported that power was restored to residents around 7:50 a.m.
There have not been any reports on how the incident occurred, or the well being of the driver.
