As of January 18, all inmates were cleared.

(Carroll County, Ky.) – It was announced yesterday that following positive COVID-19 tests in the Carroll County Detention Center a few weeks ago, all inmates are now out of quarantine.
The detention center announced the positive cases on January 8 and stated that they were working with the Three Rivers Health Department following protocols to maintain the outbreak.
As of January 18, all inmates were cleared.
Jailer John Proctor announced yesterday that all areas of the jail were disinfected, and the jail is now back to their normal protocols that were there before the outbreak.
