Dale Crafton Honored With The Jon Menke Military Service Award

Member of the Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame

Madison City Council presented the Jon Menke Award for Military Service to Hanover resident, Dale Ray Crafton during last evening’s regular meeting at City Hall.

Crafton, 71, was inducted into the Indiana Military Veterans Hall of Fame last November.

The Jon Menke Award for Military Service, honors area residents who have served in the military. Jon Menke, from Madison, was in the Indiana National Guard 38th Military Police died in 2008 in a bombing while serving in Iraq.
