Thomas 47, outside his E. Second Street residence.  Officers ordered Thomas to stop, however he fled back into his home.

Prior to the ERT's arrival, Madison Police Detective Ricky Harris established communications with Thomas.  After a short conversation, Thomas exited the front door of the residence, and was taken into custody without further incident.

All charges are allegations and Thomas has the presumption of innocence unless otherwise proven guilty in a court of law.
