(Carroll County, Ken.) - Yesterday around 11:30 p.m., a Carroll County Deputy encountered a suspicious vehicle in the Happy Hollow area.
While engaging in a conversation with the driver, the male back seat passenger bolted from the vehicle.
A foot pursuit then ensued and after a lengthy chase, the deputy was able to take the male into custody.
When investigating the deputy found over 2.8 grams of methamphetamine during the search.
The subject was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Fleeing and Evading, and Resisting Arrest.
The subject also had outstanding warrants which were served
