By Jennings Co. Sheriff's Department

The geese are currently moulting and are unable to fly

There is a gaggle of Geese on State Road 3 South in the area of County Road 300 South. We have recieved several 911 phone calls in regards to the issue and we have tried several different options to move them along with no success.

The geese are currently moulting and are unable to fly. Please use caution in the area. They have caused at least 1 traffic accident. Indiana Conservation Officers have also assisted with no success. They are considerate enough to honk and let you know they are in the area, so please be considerate enough not to run them over.
