(North Vernon, Ind.) - The Jennings County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest after numerous reports of trespassing on Country Squire Lakes owned property.

In attempt to identify those who were trespassing, a deputy who is primarily assigned to patrol Country Squire Lakes, set up cameras.

During the early morning hours of October 21, the deputy got a notification from his cameras indicating that an individual had broken into a barn where the camera was set up.

The individual, identified as Donnie Zimmerman, left with the camera and took it back to his residence. The camera was equipped with GPS, which led deputies immediately to its location.

Zimmerman was taken into custody and is charged with Burglary (Level 5 Felony), Theft (Level 6 Felony), and Criminal Trespass (Class C Misdemeanor).
