Residents and Businesses are asked to participate

INDIANAPOLIS- Governor Eric J. Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in honor of former First Lady of the United States, Rosalynn Carter. Per President Biden’s orders, flags will be lowered as a mark of respect to honor her legacy.
Flags will be flown at half-staff from sunrise on Saturday, Nov. 25 until sunset on Nov. 29. Gov. Holcomb is requesting residents and businesses to lower their flags.
