Mission Statement: The Jefferson County Justice, Treatment and Prevention LLC is an organization committed to the prevention and reduction of the use or abuse of alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs so that all county citizens can live in, work in, and play in a community free of substance abuse.
The Jefferson County Justice Treatment and Prevention (JCJTAP) Board is pleased to announce that applications are now available for the 2026 grant funding cycle.
These grant funds are intended to support services and programs that address issues related to substance abuse, alcohol abuse, and tobacco use within Jefferson County. Funding is available to organizations and programs that serve Jefferson County residents and work to improve the health and safety of the community.
Grants will be awarded in the following three areas:
· Prevention/Education
· Treatment/Intervention
· Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement
Funding is available on a one-time basis only, with no future funding implied or guaranteed.
Completed grant applications must be received by June 8, 2026.
