KDH Offering First Bariatric Support Group

The group is open to all bariatric patients.

(Madison, Ind.) - The Bariatric program at King’s Daughters’ Health will host its first Bariatric Support Group at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28 in the Oak Conference Rooms at the hospital campus, 1373 East SR 62, Madison.

The group is open to all bariatric patients. For appropriate spacing and distancing, attendance will be limited, so registration is required.

Call Colleen at 812.801.0465 to reserve a seat. The purpose of the Bariatric Support Group is to provide information and support for patients who have undergone a bariatric procedure. Success requires a lifelong commitment.
