Kentucky State Police Investigates Fatal Collision in Henry County

A passenger in the second vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital.

(Henry County, Ky.) - On Sunday, December 13 Kentucky State Police Post 5 in Campbellsburg received a call in reference to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 421 in Campbellsburg. 

Preliminary investigation shows that a vehicle was making a left turn from the Interstate 71 south exit ramp onto highway 421 when it entered the path of and collided with the second vehicle. Jan Davis, a 70-year-old female from new castle, was pronounced deceased at the scene by the henry county coroner.

A passenger in the second vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital by Henry County EMS.
