Madison Couple Wanted For Thefts in Clark County Behind Bars

SCOTTY "JORDAN" BINON AND KAYLA LUELLEN BOTH OF MADISON ARE BEHIND BARS AFTER THEY WERE BOTH APPREHENDED BY THE CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT FOR A STRING OF STORAGE UNIT THEFTS IN CLARK COUNTY.

LUELLEN WAS ARRESTED LATE LAST WEEK AND APPEARED IN A CLARK COUNTY COURT AND PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO BURGLARY A LEVEL 5 FELONY, AT HER INITIAL HEARING SHE WAS APPOINTED A PUBLIC DEFENDER WITH HER BOND BEING SET AT $10,000 CASH.

BINION WAS ARRESTED OVER THE WEEKEND AND APPEARED IN A CLARK COUNTY COURT AND PLEADED NOT GUILTY TO THREE COUNTS OF BURGLARY LEVEL 5 FELONY, AND ONE COUNT OF THEFT OF PROPERTY VALUED OVER $750.00 LEVEL 6 FELONY HIS BOND WAS ALSO SET AT $10,000 CASH AS WELL 

BOTH REMAIN IN THE CLARK COUNTY JAIL 

BOTH WILL RETURN TO COURT SEPTEMBER 26TH FOR A JURY TRIAL
