Madison Police Arrest Four Individuals In Two Separate Traffic Stops

All four arrested on narcotic related charges

                                    

November 8, 2022, @ approximately 7:26 PM Madison Police executed a traffic stop on Michigan Road, just North of Clifty Drive.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jason M. Sullivan 40, Madison, Indiana, and the passenger as Alexis J. Creech 23, Milton, Kentucky. During the subsequent investigation, officers found both the driver and passenger to be in possession of narcotics.  

Jason Sullivan faces preliminary alleged charges of; possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, maintaining a common nuisance L-6 felony, unlawful possession of a syringe L-6 felony, and possession of marijuana class B misdemeanor.  In addition to local charges, Sullivan has an active warrant for his arrest out of Jennings County, Indiana, for non-support of a dependent L-6 felony. 

Alexis Creech faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of a scheduled drug L-6 felony, unlawful possession of a legend drug L-6 felony, and possession of marijuana class B misdemeanor.  Both Sullivan and Creech have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. The traffic stop and investigation was led by Officer Curtis Shelpman and Captain Season Jackson. 

November 9, 2022, @ approximately 1:26 AM Madison Police executed a traffic stop at Main & Vine Streets.  The driver was identified as Darian O. Adams, 22, Madison, Indiana, and the passenger as Cody W. O' Daniel 24, Turner Station, Kentucky.  During the subsequent investigation, officers found both the driver and passenger to be in possession of narcotics.

Cody O' Daniel faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony.  In addition to the local charge, O' Daniel has an active warrant out of Jennings County, Indiana, for operating without ever obtaining a license class A misdemeanor. 

Darian Adams faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of a syringe L-6 felony and possession of paraphernalia class C misdemeanor.  Both O' Daniel and Adams have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.  Officer Graham Heffelfinger led the investigation.
