Investigation Led To Drug Activity

June 7, 2021, @ approximately 11:56 PM Madison Police Lieutenant Season Jackson led the investigation into possible narcotic activity. Lieutenant Jackson's investigation led her, and other MPD officers, to a residence in the 900 block of Walnut Street.
As a result of her investigation, Lieutenant Jackson found Richard H. Daniels Jr. 55, to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphanailia associated with the use of drugs.
Richard Daniels was taken into custody and transported to the Jefferson County Jail where he is currently incarcerated on a $1000.00 dollar cash bond only. All charges are alleged and Ricahrd Daniels has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
