Milton Water & Sewer Company Performing Smoke Test

To keep the smoke from entering your home, run water in the areas that are not frequently use.

(Milton, Ky.) - The Milton Water and Sewer Company will be performing a Smoke Test on the sewer system.

This smoke test will run in the addresses from 10763 Highway 421 to Mt. Byrd Church, down Peck Pike and LIberty Road.

Smoke testing of the sewer system is done to determine if there are any defects or leaks. The smoke is not harmful and will not cause harm to plants, pets, or humans.

To keep the smoke from entering your home, run water in the areas that are not frequently used such as extra bathrooms incase the traps are without water in them.
