(Madison, Ind.) - The City of Madison Police Department is continuing to add to the growing list of men arrested through their ongoing investigation 'Operator Predator Net.'
On September 16, Jeffrey L. Garrett, 51, of Indianapolis for child solicitation (level 4 felony) and sexual misconduct with a minor (level 4 felony).
Garret was arrested, while sitting in his company vehicle, in the 100 block of E. Vaughn Drive.
Sixteen alleged child predators have now been arrested by the Madison Police Department as part of this ongoing investigation. That number is expected to rise, as outstanding warrants are yet to be served.
This investigation was led by Detective Shawn Scudder with the assistance of the CST. Jeffrey L. Garrett has the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
