One day closure for ditch cleaning and repair

JEFFERSON COUNTY, IND. - The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a one-day closure on State Road 7/Hanging Rock Hill in Madison for ditch cleaning and repair.

The road is scheduled to close on or after Monday, September 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. between Terrace Drive and Paddy's Lane, weather permitting. Access will be maintained up to the point of full closure. Drivers should seek an alternate route while work is in progress.

INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
