River Terrace Health Campus Honored for Exceptional Customer Service

‘Sweet Nebraska!’

As residents and their family members of Trilogy’s senior living communities know, the senior care provider is serious about customer service. Exceeding their customers’ expectations is the company’s utmost goal, and those that go above and beyond in pursuit of this goal are recognized and rewarded. Recently, at Trilogy’s annual Spring Meeting, which took place April 17th – 19th in Louisville, Kentucky, River Terrace Health Campus was thrilled to discover that they had received the top award in Customer Service. This award, dubbed the ‘Sweet Nebraska!’ award by Trilogy President and CEO Randall Bufford, first came into existence last year in order to recognize campuses who scored over 9.75 out of 10 on their Customer Satisfaction Surveys, based on feedback from residents and family members. In 2017, three Trilogy Senior Living Communities earned this honor. In 2018, twelve campuses made the list! River Terrace Health Campus scored a 9.78 out of 10.

Companywide, over 9,400 surveys were mailed to residents, family members and other responsible parties, with 60% percent of the surveys returned. Across all surveys, nearly 90% of customers responding said they would recommend their Trilogy campus to someone who required senior living services. Trilogy Health Services currently operates senior health and hospitality communities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
