Shoplifting Investigation Leads To Drug Arrest

Subject attempted to shoplift various items

On October 31, 2019 around 8PM, a Carroll County Deputy responded to Walmart to assist a Carrollton Police Officer in the investigation of a shoplifting complaint.

The officer observed the suspect attempting to shoplift various items.

During the course of the investigation the suspect was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

The subject, Marrisa Shook, 26, was charged with possession of Methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
