The City of Milton has issued a precautionary boil water advisory for those running on the Milton Water Service.
The city says that no contamination has been confirmed but recommends that when your water service resumes you should do the following:
1.) Bring all water to a rolling boil, let it boil for three minutes and let it cool before using.
2.) Use bottled water.
3.) Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes and food preparation.
The advisory is in effect until further notice. Any questions or additional information can be directed towards (502) 268-5223.
