2020 Carroll County Tobacco Festival cancelled
WIKI received the call this afternoon from the office of Junior Welch, President of the Tobacco Festival committee.
Due to the safety concerns for the patrons, volunteers, vendors and all involved the decision has been made to cancel.
The festival will back next year the first weekend of October 2021
