Trimble County Community Education recently released a list of food pantries around the area that will assist families in need.

(Milton, Ky.) – If you live in the Milton area and are in need of food assistance, there are many programs that are there to help you.

Trimble County Community Education recently released a list of food pantries around the area that will assist families in need.

Those pantries are as follows:

  • Tri-County Community Action Agency Commodities
    • 4th Thursday of each month
      • 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Trimble County Park
  • UMC Ministries truck available for families with children
    • Mondays at the Board of Education
      • 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    • Thursdays at Milton Elementary School
      • 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Dare to Care food truck
    • 4th Wednesday of each month at Trimble County Park Gate 3
      • Noon
  • Milton Christian Church Food Giveaway
    • Each Friday at 6:30 p.m.
  • Bedford Christian Church beside the Post Office
    • 3rd Saturday of each month
    • 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  • North Madison Christian Church across from KDH hospital
    • 4th Saturday of the month
    • 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Trimble County Family Resource and Youth Services Center
    • Servicing families with kids enrolled in grades P-12
