IHSAA GIRLS GOLF SECTIONAL AT MADISON:
1st Jennings County (402), 2nd Madison (415), 3rd Southwestern (420) for advancing to Greenwood Regional next week as teams. Shawe's Katie Hertz will also advance as a individual. Madison freshman Keara Eder was sectional champion with an 81. Lady Rebel, Belle Crawford shot 97 to lead her team to their first ever trip to the regional.
HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY:
South Dearborn Invitational:
Boys Division I: Madison finished 6th overall. Julian Sample was the top Cubs finisher in 32nd
Girls Division I: Madison finished 5th overall. Brett Cahall was the Lady Cubs top finisher in 14th
Boys Division II: Southwestern was 2nd with Bradley Winston the overall winner. Switzerland Co. was 7th with Ben Hicks 23rd. Shawe's Leon Kenny was 6th overall.
Girls Division II: Switzerland Co. finished 3rd and Southwestern 5th. Leah Anders was 2nd for the Lady Pacers, Kirsten Geary 11th for the Lady Rebels and Grace McAllister was 39th for Shawe.
