Both have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty

February 14, 2023, - Madison Police executed a narcotic search warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Miles Ridge Road. As a result of the executed warrant, officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphanailia associated with the use of drugs.
Arrested - Kyle W. Ashcraft 32, Madison, Indiana: L-6 felony possession of methamphetamine, and L-6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance.
Arrested - Dianna E. Phillips 48, Madison, Indiana: L-6 felony possession of methamphetamine, L6 felony for maintaining a common nuisance, and class C misdemeanor for possession of paraphanailia. Both Ashcraft and Phillips were occupants of the Miles Ridge residence.
Madison Police Detective B. Kyle Cutshaw led the investigation, assisted by Officer Kayla Taylor- Moore, Officer Graham Heffelfinger, and Chief John I. Wallace.
Dianna Phillips and Kyle Ashcraft have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty.
