Evidence in connection with the burglary was seized, this is an ongoing investigation.

(Madison, Ind.) - In the early morning hours of Tuesday, August 4, Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary at the Dollar General Store located on Jefferson Street in Madison.
It was determined that the store had been entered and money was missing.
An investigation led by Patrolman Joseph Gibson and a follow up conducted by Detective Ricky Harris found that store employee Taylor Brinson, 18, of Madison was developed as a possible suspect in the burglary.
On August 5, Detective Harris and Chief Wallace located Brinson at a residence in downtown Madison and questioned him about the burglary. After the interview, probable cause was established, and Brinson was arrested for burglary of the Dollar General Store.
Evidence in connection with the burglary was seized, this is an ongoing investigation. Officers Josh Nolan and Season Jackson assisted Gibson with the initial investigation.
