First Responder Night Set for August 6 in Vevay

The free event will be held at Ogle Park

(Vevay, Ind.) – Fun, food, prizes and a night out with local first responders.

That is what is expected during First Responder Night on Thursday, August 6 in Vevay.

The free event will run from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Ogle Park.

Community members are invited to come out and enjoy free grilled food (while supplies last), food trucks with food available for purchase, and door prizes for each grade level (K-12).

Agencies scheduled to be on hand are Vevay Police, Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office, Switzerland County Emergency Response, East Enterprise Volunteer Fire Department, Jeff-Craig Fire Department, Moorefield Community Fire Department, and the Town of Vevay.
