Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police, and Scott County Sheriff’s Department arrested two on drug related charges

January 9, 2019,  @ approximately 9:41 AM the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police, and Scott County Sheriff’s Department arrested two on drug related charges. 

 

Officers executed a search warrant @ 13825 W 163 N Deputy, Indiana, which was a location in which Perry Gammons 41, Madison, Indiana, was believed to be staying.  Gammons had an active arrest warrant out of Clark County, Indiana, for failure to appear.  During the execution of the warrant, Deputy Linton Spry located another occupant in the residence, identified as Christopher S. Boyle 37, Lexington, Indiana,  Boyle was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

 

Gammons and Boyle were transported to the Jefferson County, Jail where Boyle awaits his initial court appearance on the preliminary alleged charges.  Gammons will be transported to Clark, County, Indiana, to face his failure to appear charge.  All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
