Innocent until proven guilty

Madison Police Patrol Officers Nichole Midgett, and Kyle Potter responded to the rear of Big Lots 1345 Clifty Drive, in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found the vehicle to be occupied by Gregory Crouch 47, Bedford, Kentucky, and Tracey Richardson 30, Bedford, Kentucky.
The subsequent investigation found both Couch and Richardson to be in possession of methamphetamine, controlled substances, and paraphernalia associated with the use of drugs. In addition, Richardson was found to have an active warrant for her arrest out of Switzerland County, Indiana.
Gregory Crouch faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of a controlled substance class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia class A misdemeanor.
Tracey Richardson faces preliminary alleged charges of possession of methamphetamine L-6 felony, possession of a controlled substance class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia class A misdemeanor. Richardson's active Switzerland County, Indiana, warrant is for probation violation for a L-6 identity deception charge.
Both Crouch and Richardson have the presumption of innocence until otherwise proven guilty. Officer Kayla Taylor-Moore assisted.
