Replaced longest serving members

THE MADISON PARKS BOARD HELD THEIR FIRST MEETING OF THE NEW YEAR WITH TWO NEW BOARD MEMBERS THAT REPLACED TWO LONG SERVING MEMBERS CARLA EADES KREBS AND PHIL KAHN REPLACE LONG TIME MEMBERS GAYLE SPAULDING AND TIM WHITAKER , SPAULDING HAS SERVED ON THE BOARD SINCE JAN OF 2011 AND WHITAKER SINCE APRIL OF 2012 THESE TWO HAVE HAVE SERVED ON THE BOARD THE LONGEST OF ANY OTHER BOARD MEMBER KREBS AND KAHN JOIN JOE BRONKELLA AND ZAC LAUGHLIN ON THE PARKS BOARD
