Hoosiers was released in 1986 and was inspired by Milan's 1954 state championship win.
(Milan, Ind.) - The Milan 1954 Museum presents a 40th Anniversary Celebration of Hoosiers.
The event takes place Saturday, November 7 in the Milan High School Gymnasium and will feature a one-hour program and a screening of the movie Hoosiers.
Tickets are $40 per person.
Those who buy their tickets before July 15 will be entered to win a signed ball by several of the Milan 54' team members.
