(Madison, Ind.) - On Wednesday, October 14, the Madison Police Department arrested Christopher L. Hazelgrove, 33, of Madison.
Hazelgrove was arrested on child solicitation charges (level 4 felony), attempted sexual misconduct with a minor (level 4 felony), dissemination of harmful material to a minor (level 6 felony), and resisting law enforcement (class a misdemeanor).
Hazelgrove is the 19th individual to be arrested through the Madison Police Departments 'Operation Predator Net.'
Hazelgrove believed he was meeting a 14-year-old female, with the intent to commit a sexual act. Hazelgrove was taken into custody after arriving at the agreed-upon meeting location.
Criminal charges are merely accusations. Christopher Hazelgrove is presumed innocent unless otherwise proven guilty in a court of law.
