NEW SHOPPING CENTER ON MICHIGAN RD NEARING COMPLETION

ONE STORE TO OPEN NEXT MONTH

The retailers that will occupy the Shoppes of Sunrise Crossing are expected to be opening at various times over the next few months with the reailt store FIVE BELOW set to open the middle of July as the Madison Redevelopment commission received an update at their last meeting.

There will soon be an announcement in regards to two businesses that will occupy another building that will be built near the front of property which construction begins on that on or around July 4th with its completion date around the same time of the other retailers 

The Redevelopment Director and Madison Mayor Bob Courtney are diligently working on wrapping up financing and purchase of the property behind the shopping center for the new residential housing Residences of Sunrise Crossing,hope is that construction can begin in early 2024 on the 183 housing unit this will follow the completion of the shopping center.
