Customer Feedback Secures Community Top Award

The success of every company relies in large part on the company’s beliefs, and how those beliefs are upheld through its culture and standards. River Terrace Health Campus, a Trilogy Senior Living Community, believes, above all else, in service. This explains why River Terrace has been granted Trilogy Health Services’ highest award in recognition of their dedication to customer service. Dubbed the ‘Sweet Nebraska!’ award by Trilogy President and CEO Randy Bufford, it recognizes Trilogy communities who scored 9.75 or above out of 10 on their Customer Satisfaction Surveys, based on feedback from residents and family members. River Terrace Health Campus received a 9.83 out of 10. At Trilogy’s Annual Fall Meeting, which took place October 11th – 12th, representatives from River Terrace accepted the prestigious award amidst cheers from over 300 of their peers. The campus was also rated #1 in Independent Living services with a score of 9.87 out of 10.

“Everything we do at River Terrace is for the benefit of those we serve,” commented Brittan Mefford, Executive Director. “The needs and desires of our residents and family members shape the services we offer at our campus. Their feedback on our Customer Satisfaction Surveys is a great indicator of the quality of care that we provide, and we are honored to receive such high recognition. I am proud to be a member of a team who is always willing to go the extra mile for our customers.”

Randall Bufford, President and CEO of Trilogy Health Services, commented, “We are very proud of the entire team at River Terrace Health Campus. Their unwavering commitment to quality care and exceptional customer satisfaction embodies the mission and philosophy of Trilogy Health Services. We also thank our residents and family members for participating in the survey process, which is an important component of our quality assurance initiatives.”

“At River Terrace and Trilogy Health Services, our culture serves as the foundation for everything that we do,” commented Andra Bladen, Divisional Vice President for Trilogy’s Southeast Indiana Division. “At the center of our culture is our commitment to serving our customers – our residents, and their families. We are both thrilled and honored to receive such great recognition from our

residents and family members. I commend Brittan and her team for being such exceptional servant leaders.”

Companywide, over 9,498 surveys were mailed to residents, family members and other responsible parties, with over 53% percent of the surveys returned. Across all surveys, nearly 90% of customers responding said they would recommend their Trilogy campus to someone who required senior living services. Trilogy Health Services currently operates senior health and hospitality communities throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan.
