JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ind.— INDOT contractor Duncan Robertson Inc. will begin a $995,000 bridge deck overlay project on S.R. 62 over Wilson Fork Creek in northeastern Jefferson County on or after Monday, August 12, weather permitting.

The bridge is located 1.15 miles east of S.R. 250 (between S.R. 250 and Poplar Ridge Road) and will close for approximately 90 days while the overlay is completed.

The official state detour for the closure is S.R. 250 to S.R. 129. The project is expected to be complete by November 10, 2019.

 

 

SR 62 Wilson Fork Creek

 

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet announced a preventive maintenance project on U.S. 42 in Henry and Trimble counties. This project will address 14.5 miles of roadway beginning at the Oldham/Henry County line and extending east through Henry and Trimble counties, ending at the Trimble/Carroll County line. Crews will be doing preparation work on Friday, Aug. 9 with maintenance scheduled to begin Thursday, Aug. 15.
