Carroll Co. Football First Winning Season Since 2012, HCAC Women's Basketball Predictions

Dayton forfeits, Panthers number three

Carroll Co. was scheduled to play their final regular season game this Friday at Dayton High School, but due to a number of issues Dayton has decided to forfeit the game. According to Panthers Coach, Hunter Cantwell, the team will still be going to play so they can have a proper Senior night for their Seniors on the football team. Although Cantwell and the Panthers would've liked to have secured a winning season with a true varsity match-up the circumstances was out of our hands. Regardless of the outcome of the game Carroll Co. will finish 6-4 securing their first winning season since 2012. Carroll Co. will host Green Co. next Friday in the post-season opener.

The HCAC released their 2018-19 pre-season women’s basketball poll selecting Hanover to finish 3rd behind Rose Hulman and Transy. Panthers lost to Rose by 3 in last seasons conference tournament semi-finals. Coach John Jones joined Larry on the Hanover College Coaches Show to talk about the 2018-19 season.
